Recipe:
- Take one Amaltas Phali (Cassia Fistula piece).Divide it in small pieces (4 to 5).
- Dip it in Water for at least 24 hours.Mash its white side with Spoon or knife.
- Take Fennel seeds and soak them overnight. Mix the Amaltas mix in the fennel seeds water.
- Warm it slightly and enjoy this herbal Tea. You can add honey as per your taste, if needed.
