Description

Pamba Dana or Cotton Seeds are the seeds of the cotton plant. Cotton seeds are ovoid, 3.5-10 mm long. Cotton Seeds are densely covered with white or rusty, long and woolly hairs, called the lint, which is the main product used to make cotton textiles, and shorter hairs (linters). Cotton Seeds, one of the world’s leading agricultural crops, is plentiful and economically produced, making cotton products relatively inexpensive.

The fibers can be made into a wide variety of fabrics ranging from lightweight voiles and laces to heavy sail cloths and thick-piled velveteen, suitable for a great variety of wearing apparel, home furnishings, and industrial uses. Cotton Seeds fabrics can be extremely durable and resistant to abrasion. Cotton accepts many dyes, is usually washable, and can be ironed at relatively high temperatures. It is comfortable to wear because it absorbs and releases moisture quickly.

Cotton Seeds is used to make a number of textile products.
